Maserati GranTurismo S arrives in New York

We’ve seen plenty of the new Maserati GranTurismo S in recent weeks but these images from New York are to good not to feature. The GranTurismo S has arrived in New York, after its worldwide debut at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this month.

The glamorous setting for the New York debut is the Maserati Showroom on Park Avenue in Manhattan, where the GranTurismo S premiered before US clients and collectors.

In 2007, Maserati delivered more than 2600 units in the United States, marking a 20 per cent growth over 2006. United States and Canada represent approximately 40 per cent of global sales for Maserati.

There is only a couple of pics (the same one in two formats) but they are spectacular.

Saw one today in Greenwich (just outside the City). There's a lot to like about the new GT. It cuts a far more dramatic profile than its predecessor. That said, the predecessor remains the better looking car.
