Novitec F430 v Ferrari Enzo at the strip

The Ferrari F430 Scuderia is, its fair to say the darling of the Ferrari camp right now. Generally regarded as one of the very best sorted road going Fezzas ever to leave the Maranello workshops it is capable of lapping Ferrari’s Fiorano test track in the same time as an Enzo, give or take a tenth.

The brilliance is largely due to its tricky F1 style diff and superbly balanced rear-wheel-drive handling. Down on power when compared to the V12 powered Enzo, the Scuderia makes it up on the track by being lighter and tighter through the twisty bits.

So, while it may be a big ask to get your standard F430 up to Enzo equalling Scuderia spec, there is always hope of winning a straight-line drag with an Enzo – you just need more horsepower. German Tuning house Novitec have just the kit for the Scuderia owner, who wants to rule the straights.
