Limited Edition Volkswagen GTI Child Seat

For parents with a car enthusiast streak (or should that be ‘car enthusiasts with a parental streak’?), Volkswagen has released a limited edition child seat for the 2009 Volkswagen Golf VI GTI.

Trimmed in the same fabrics and legendary plaid pattern as the GTI, the limited edition seat even features built-in head protection for when Dad decides to cane it through the twisties – not that any loving father would do that with a child in the car…

Volkswagen says the seat will cater to children ages 3 to 12, weighing between 15 and 36kg.
