It seems almost impossible for a manufacturer to keep a new model under wraps these days, but who are we to complain?
Forget the May 20th scheduled debut, Subaru’s Legacy Touring Wagon has been almost completely revealed thanks to a Japanese magazine and the power of the intertubes.
We bought you the official teaser image not that long ago but these new images pretty much give the game away completely.
Essentially, the Legacy Touring wagon is a 2010 Subaru Outback without the high suspension and plastic body bits. The Touring Wagon caters more to bitumen-based and children-bound commuters rather than those looking to get dirty.
At this stage there is no official confirmation of whether we’ll see the Touring wagon on home soil (it would look good sitting beside the 2010 Legacy Sedan in dealerships), but it appears the US might miss out.
We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any further information, so stay tuned.

i think the outback will be the better seller providing they don’t put the cvt box in it. If they do, the salesmen will have a job on their hands.
