2009 Kia SOUL Selling Like Hotcakes In Europe

Despite Kia’s modest expectations of only 400 Kia SOUL sales for the remainder of the year in Australia, the trendy little CUV is running out the doors of European dealerships, with 5000 units already sold – 13 percent more than Kia’s forecasts.

While the European market gets the same 1.6 litre petrol and diesel engines as the Australian version, the US model – where sales for the SOUL have also exceeded expectations – can be had with a 2.0 litre petrol engine as well.

In March, Kia in the US sold 1246 SOUL models, while Canada saw 708 units sold for the month.
