Video: Watch The First Production Chevy Camaro Get Built

To help celebrate the efforts of the people that made the all-new Camaro a reality, GM has put together this short video of Camaro #001 making its way along the heavily-automated production and assembly line.

The first car off the line was a black Camaro SS with red leather interior.  Rick Hendrick, CEO of Hendrick Motor Sports, is the lucky owner, on-hand in the video to receive his new baby.

It’s a moment every bit as special for Holden as it is for the workers on the Camaro assembly line, with much of the engineering for Chevy’s hero car happening right here in Australia.
