It’s been a while since the first teaser video popped up, and since then we’ve learned all we needed to know about Aston’s stunningly beautiful (and enormously expensive) One-77.

We’ve also been afforded a glimpse at the inner workings of the One-77, but thanks to Aston Martin’s latest video on the completely bespoke supercar we can now take an even deeper look at what makes it so special.

How special? Such is the One-77’s bespokey-ness (yep, we made that up), that virtually every major structure and mechanical component is not produced by a casting or mass-produced stamping.

The alloy heads, engine block and chassis subframes are milled from solid billets of alloy; every body panel is hand-formed rather than stamped out by a press and the carbon-fibre is laid by hand. Suffice to say, every One-77 will be unique.
