The resourceful folks at Kia World have got their hands on what they say are photos snapped during a shoot for the brochure of the upcoming 2010 Kia Sorento.

In the past few weeks we’ve seen more than a few official pictures of the all-new Sorento’s exterior. These new photos represent what we believe to be the very first look at the SUV’s interior – sketches notwithstanding.

While it's only the instrument cluster and the ceiling that we can see of the inside (curse the photographer!), it’s clear that the 2010 Sorento is reaching for a level of quality on par with its more expensive competitors.

The glimpse of the dual-moonroof is a first look as well, and like the instrument cluster, it demonstrates nicely Kia’s aspirations for 2010 and beyond.

Too much plastic on the exterior - makes it look less than upmarket.

We bought 2007 Kia Sorento 5 speed crdi. We have been towing a caravan for the past 18 months and are delighted with performance and fuel economy of the vehicle. We are looking at updating to the new model next year and can't wait for this vehicle to become available. I have been asked by many people in caravan parks around Australia about the Sorento and they been very impressed by my enthusiasm regarding this vehicle. I would certainly recommend the Sorento to anyone who was in the for a diesel 4 wheel drive.
