Yet more photos of the upcoming Kia Forte Coupe (the sedan of which is sold in Australia as the Cerato) have appeared online, and the diligent fans at Kia-World have got their hands on them.

As seen before, the photos of the camouflaged test car – operating under the internal moniker ‘XK’ for now – looks to be remarkably similar to the original KOUP concept revealed back in March last year.

There is still no official word on the specs, but it’s believed the XK will be offered in 2.0 and 2.4 litre variants, as well as a 1.6 litre diesel option. It has been speculated by Kia-World that we may also see a turbo option in the future.

Whatever the case, with Hyundai’s success of late and Kia’s reinvigorated design language, Korean manufacturers are really taking it to the hole in 2009.
