Lexus has given Australian motorists their first look at the stunning LF-A Roadster at the Melbourne International Motor Show, more than a year after it made its global debut at the Detroit Auto Show.

But, it’s been worth the wait.

In terms of design, it’s easily to most dynamic Lexus coupe to date and with over 360kW pumping from its sub-5.o litre V10, it promises to be as blisteringly fast as it looks.

Although the concept looks pretty much street-ready (indeed, a prototype recently completed the Nurburgring 24-hour enduro), the LF-A is still some distance away from hitting showroom floors.

For now though, we’re more than happy to gaze upon the LF-A Roadster’s shapely form while we wait.
