Bettering the 7:21.8 run reported by the UK’s Performance Bikes Magazine for a lap of the Nurburgring on an MV Agusta F4 312R, this limited edition K7 GSX-R 600 has reportedly pulled a 7:17 lap out of its hat.

Designated ‘Superlite Edition’, P3 Unlimited’s Super fast Suzuki GSX-R 600 benefits from an upgraded braking system, and thanks to extensive carbon fibre usage, drops its weight by 45kg.

Making 89kW and weighing in at 154kg, P3 Unlimited’s ‘Gixxer’ is a must-have for the racing-minded.  You’ll have to hurry though, as only 12 will be produced and each will set its new owner back a solid €21,000 (AUD$41,500).

Cop that to the cars! Astonishingly cheap compared to it’s 4 wheeled lap time rivals! The cornering speeds must’ve been huge!

Freakin’ love Gixxers, wish the production run wasn’t so limited.

geni, There are only going to be 12 built because of time and it really is more than just building the bike and handing it over to a customer. The bikes will be handed over to the customer anywhere in the world and we come out with the bike and spend time with the customer and set up the bike with them at the track and give the owners a special phone number to contact us directly for advice or any other reason. The time it takes to build and help the customer limits how many we can build. Each bike is stripped down to a bare chassis and re-built from the ground up.

Thank you for looking at my project and I hope we can get is in one of your Australian magazines. If anyone can reccomend a good Aus bike mag email me through richard@p3unlimited.com and I will see if we can get one actually tested for you all to read about!

Please note the price includes VAT at 15% and overseas customers do not pay that. So the actual price closer to AUD$35,800.
