It was only yesterday that our resident Supercar nut Beddy was wiping his drool off the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, and of course there’s also this morning’s news of the new Murcielago SuperVeloce edition set to appear at Geneva.
Now comes the news that its bigger sibling the Murcielago LP650-4 is set to go topless.
The world’s roads will see only 50 examples of the LP650-4 Roadster - although many will undoubtedly be permanently garaged - and the privilege of owning one will set you back a cool €500,000 (AUD$980,850).
Buyers willing to hand over that heavy cheque will be greeted by the orange-accented Grigio Telesto paint. It’s an all-black affair inside, with the driver’s seat trimmed in Alcantara Nera, and the passenger seat with Nero Perseus. The rest of the interior gets the same Alcantara, fixed in place with Arancio Leonis stitching.
The Murcielago LP650-4 Roadster will be on display at Geneva. If you’re so inclined, have your private jet standing by and the cheque book ready.

And there’s still proof that even though there’s a financial crisis going on (so I’ve heard) some people are still reaching into their Gold lined pockets and pulling out ‘heavy cheques’ with a Murcielago LP640 Roadster valued at $850,000 only selling at Lamborghini Sydney just last week!

Just awesome!
