If its not, reports indicate that Chryslers next pimp mobile will look very much like it. Based on the existing 300C platform with rear wheel drive, and a HEMI V8 straight from the SRT8, we feel the Chrysler Nassau is purely an experiment to gauge the public’s response.
With a pillarless body, big wheels, a hatch back, and LED lights all round, it almost appears to be a retro crossover that shares styling cues with the Crossfire Coupe.
Either way, thumbs up to Chrysler for putting it out there. CAR noted that the Nassau concept like many Chrysler concepts before it, appears closer to being a production vehicle than it does a concept.
The current 300C isn’t due for an update soon, but when it is expect it to be a little bit Nassau.

Part of me really wants to enjoy this cool concept but another side worries about what it will herald for the rest of the sedan market. Are we ready to go without trunks (or boots)?
Yeah, we call them boots in Australia, where a trunk is a big box that we store things in. Boots are also shoes…so it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense really.
I really like this concept, hopefully the ‘new’ Chrysler will be bold enough to take it to production.
I don’t think the trunks on your beloved Mercedes or BMW’s will be in any danger Gunnar!
i like the concept lets take one step further lets make the nassau look more like a sedan. and just one note: that little boat tail on the imperial lets try it on the next three hundred but not to pointed….
