There have been plenty of photos of the upcoming 2009 E-Class Mercedes kicking around the net but in all cases (that we are aware of) the cars have been disguised enough to prevent a good look.
Thanks to Auto motor und sport these images have hit the net and are probably the best guess yet at what the next generation E-Class might look like. Assuming they are accurate renderings we have to admit to liking the ‘edgier’ look.
The new E-Series is not expected to grow much in size and styling is expected to borrow heavily from the current CLS’s four door 'coupe look'. Expect the current range of engines to carry over with the addition of a new 6.3-litre V8 for the E63 AMG that is whispered to pack a 410Kw punch.
The 2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is expected to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March next year. A wagon variant should follow around six months later.
